Full Rocker Round (Clipped)

Features and Mechanical effects:

The Full Rocker shoes has different sections on its two sides (front and back), being flat on the hoof side and all rockered (round surface) on the ground side. On the rockered  side, the pivot point is located in the center of the shoe which promotes a self-adjustment of the palmar angle, even with the animal in the stance phase. These features provide high-quality mechanical shifting. The lateral reliefs reduce medial and lateral leverages, helping break-over to all directions.

Therapeutic Effects:

- The rockered surface significantly reduces levers arms in two phases of the stride, ensuring a soft landing and an effective breakover during swing phase.

- In motionless situations, it allows self-adjustment of the palmar angle according to its position under the foot.

- It also provides a self-massage effect, improving blood flow and stimulating hoof growth.

Indication:

This horseshoe is usually effective in the following cases:

- Severe cases of navicular syndrome, in which the levers need to be significantly reduced for breakover;

- Acute and chronic laminitis;

- Animals with sensitivity and difficulty finding the optimal balance point.

- Self-massaging effect stimulating the hoof growth.
